Been an Adeslas client for almost 2 years now – After countless attempts at contacting Adeslas customer service to help with my login issues (unable to access my own account) and unable to book medical services online, I keep getting refusal to help and customer service just hanging up on me. They have no interest in helping you and I would strongly recommend seeking a different insurance provider.

The consultant did not want to sell me insurance. He promised to sent an email with an offer at the end of conversion. I hadn't received any email after all from him. But before that he asked me "Is it good?". That weren't misspelling or language barrier. It sounded like words of some kind of KGB officer, it was scene like from a movie. Like he would expect that someone have a situation, and don't think your situation will get better. Similar situation had place when I went to Adeslas insurance clinic. I had this insurance from an employer, I wanted richer insurance package, with wider coverage, therefore I had spoken with this sales point. That was some time ago. Doctor in Adeslas clinic, situated at Gran Via de Carles III, once I enter the room immediately told me "I am not sure if I can help you". Than I thought that she does not want to waste my time, I gave some details of my reasons for a doctor appointment to a reception, they were asking about that, but after this what had happened at Adeslas branch, I have mixed fillings regarding that. She also added when I was leaving: "This is not America".

I had to go in person to this office, get a number and wait in line in order to get a phone number to be able to end my insurance... DO NOT HIRE THIS INSURANCE

They have 0 interest in their clients. The employees are not trained, and they do not know how their system works. They can't answer questions. The plans are convoluted and miss leading. Seems more like an American insurance company than an european one.

In september I was in office of Adeslas where consultant told me I have nothing to worry about and I can terminate my contract without problem. Then when I was there again on 5.10 other person made my document of termination of contract but said that probably now is too late and we can't do nothing/break it. I was really confused already about the situation. Next day on 06.10 between I was in Adeslas office in Barcelona at Ronda de Universitat where your consultant told me that my contact is already terminated and I have nothing to worry about (he was really unpleasant and unprofessional, i had feeling that I bother him greatly even though office was empty). So after speaking with 3 of your official consultants I still dont have clear informations, I don't even know what is my status now! Quality of service that your company offers is extremaly low. I should also receive a refund of 100 euro but of course nobody is able to tell me when or how... Consultants are totally unhelpful and unprofessional. Nobody is able to give me specific informations, everything is 'maybe, possible, i think so' etc. Day after day one person in your office told me 'no, we cant terminate your contract' and next: 'your contract is already is over, dont worry about it'... Its not serious, I expected much more from such a big company. And its just one of examples of incompetence that I experienced from workers of your company ---------------- En septiembre estuve en la oficina de Adeslas donde la consultora me dijo que no tengo nada de qué preocuparme y que puedo rescindir mi contrato sin problema. Luego, cuando estuve allí nuevamente el 5.10, otra persona hizo mi documento de rescisión del contrato, pero dijo que probablemente ahora es demasiado tarde y no podemos hacer nada / romperlo. Ya estaba realmente confundido acerca de la situación. Al día siguiente el 06.10 entre yo estaba en la oficina de Adeslas en Barcelona en la Ronda de Universitat donde su consultor me dijo que mi contacto ya se terminó y no tengo nada de qué preocuparme (fue realmente desagradable y poco profesional, tuve la sensación de que lo molesto mucho aunque la oficina estaba vacía). Entonces, después de hablar con 3 de sus consultores oficiales, todavía no tengo información clara, ¡ni siquiera sé cuál es mi estado ahora! La calidad del servicio que ofrece su empresa es extremadamente baja. También debería recibir un reembolso de 100 euros, pero, por supuesto, nadie puede decirme cuándo o cómo ... Los consultores son totalmente inútiles y poco profesionales. Nadie puede darme información específica, todo es 'tal vez, posible, eso creo', etc. Día tras día, una persona en su oficina me dijo 'no, no podemos rescindir su contrato' y luego: 'su contrato ya está Terminado, no te preocupes por eso '... No es serio, esperaba mucho más de una empresa tan grande. Y es solo uno de los ejemplos de incompetencia que experimenté por parte de los trabajadores de su empresa.
